The Banyan Collective empowers individuals with psychosocial disabilities by providing work and employment opportunities through social cooperatives and enterprises, employment placements, and employment opportunities across various fields.
We strive to offer bespoke placements based on a person’s interests, with about 33% of our workforce having lived experience of mental health issues or homelessness. We collaborate with businesses to support consistent participation in work and welcome employers who wish to hire individuals living with psychosocial disabilities.
