The Banyan Collective enables work and employment opportunities for people with psychosocial disabilities through social co-operatives and enterprises, employment placements and opportunities in internal work units across front office, housekeeping, health care services, data entry, research, arts and crafts or any bespoke placement suited to a person’s interest.
About 25% of our workforce across various levels are people with lived experience of mental health issues/homelessness. We collaborate with many businesses to support people with mental illness to consistently participate in work. We welcome employers who would like to hire people living with psychosocial disabilities.
